The 7th Annual Young Scientists Workshop will take place on September 15-23, 2025 at Sirius University as part of the Russian Microelectronics Forum. We are currently accepting applications for speakers.
Since its inception in 2019, the Young Scientists Workshop has been an essential part of the Russian Microelectronics Forum, fostering a unique communicative environment for 500+ microelectronics professionals.

Extended abstracts and papers should follow the guidelines of the Russian Microelectronics Forum 2025 and will be published in the spring of 2026 in special issues of the "Nanoindustry" journal. This journal is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and the list of the Higher Attestation Commission.
