Mikhail Mishustin:
“I would like to welcome you and congratulate you on the opening of this forum, dedicated to the advancement of Russia’s domestic microelectronics industry. Over the years, this annual event has established itself as the premier platform for dialogue among developers, manufacturers, integrators, and customers of the most innovative and cutting-edge microelectronics solutions”.
The Prime-Minister described the microelectronic industry as a strategic field for our country, playing a key role in strengthening technological sovereignty, building a modern digital economy, and enhancing the competitiveness of our products and services.
M. Mishustin said, “The President has set the goal of increasing the electronics industry’s
output to 6.3 trillion roubles over the next six years. This level of production is expected to meet
the majority of our country’s needs – approximately 70 percent, according to our calculations. These targets now serve as benchmarks for all of us, guiding the planning and execution
of future work. Importantly, a solid foundation has already been laid to support the upcoming transformations”.

The Microelectronics Forum is a respected platform of the Russian industry for shaping strategic vectors of the development of the domestic electronic component base and discussing breakthrough technology solutions in the new industry reality.

The Forum was started in 2015 as a science conference attended by 300 people. The organizers managed to find the format in which each participant was able to find something new, interesting for him/herself, both in terms of science and business. Since then the Forum has been annually growing: In 2025 the number of participants increased by 10%, the number of represented companies reached 800. The Exhibition, as part of the Forum, has been growing as well. This is indeed such a platform where it is useful for a scientist, as well as a manager, a technologist, I hope, and for the Government to feel feedback.
